Memory and cognitive impairments are connected to many different neurological deficits. Dementia is a visible and diagnosed form of having memory and cognitive impairments. Other than dementia there are multiple neurological disorders which are listed under a broad spectrum of cognitive deficits from mild to severe form. For example, cognitive deficits due to frequent Migraine attacks for duration more than 5 years, Epilepsy and Seizure disorders having more than 5 years of duration, post Stroke condition, brain diseases, Parkinson, post suicidal attempts and so on.
